I am holding 30 minute guided meditations regularly via my free Facebook group Elevate Your Inner Self and if you’re interested in finding out more or taking part, please feel join the group. Whether you have lots of experience in meditation or trying it for the first time, these sessions are for you.
What is meditation?
Meditation is a valuable tool to help you relax and I use it in my workshops to help people unblock any challenges they may have and help them find a solution.
My guided meditations help people to turn ‘inwards’ so that they can discover for themselves the answers that they have often long sought. This doesn’t always happen after one session, however, many people have had astonishing results after just one guided meditation. In my workshops, I explain what meditation is, the energy centres often associated with it and how it is a valuable tool beyond relaxation to evaluating and resolving inner blockages. These creative guided meditations will also help in making you feel grounded and calm, so that you can face your challenges easier.
